I LOVE it when I think something will be too small and I mentally prepare myself only to be blown away when they fit! Awesome WOW!!!!!
And don't fret about a few pounds. Every once in a while my scale bounces up only to go down a bunch more. Just when I think I may be stabilizing, I get a mini woosh.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Thank you all so much, I have noticed alot of cloths lately again where getting big on me and I cleaned out some bigger tops yesterday, I figured why the heck should I wear them when I have all those new tops I bought fit me much better. I still can not get over how good those pants fit so nice. I had to have lost alot of inches for those pants to fit as nice as they did yesterday. They where sooooo tight a little over a month ago and when I tried them on yesterday, it seemed like they where just the right fit for me. Those 3 pounds are hangin on to me becasue even though I fell of my pouch reset, I am eating really good. My carbs have been right around 20 or 30 a day. I am eating lots of soup but I need a heavier food in my pouch to satify me other wise I feel empty, so I am eating meat and that keeps me fuller and satified. I try my darnest to keep the carbs abay.
For my shoulder, it really feels good as long as I do not raise my arm to fast and do not do any heavy lifting, then I am fine. The other day the report from the radiologist came and it said that I have a little bit of arthridis and a few little spurs in my shoulder. They are pretty sure that it is tendonitis in my shoulder. I did alot of research on that and it said on the computor that it takes up to 6 weeks to heal properly. So I am going to take it easy and do no heavy lifting. It also said that alot of people feel good after a few weeks and then they do heavy work and then they get it back and injure themselves more and then when it heals again it has a thicker scare tissue and then evenually surgery becasue alot of people do not give it a long enough time to heal. That is not going to be me and I am going to be the one who is going to give it enough time to heal. I do not want a lifetime of pain with my shoulder becasue I did not listen to the doctor. Well I am listening to the doctor.

Kitty,
You are going through those clothes like crazy. Good job.!!!!! But I can't seem to go get any smaller clothes or get rid of the ones that don't fit. I've lost about 72 lbs. I keep thinking what if I gain this back( like always before) I know in my heart I won't but my mind is still playing tricks on me. I'll be four months out at Thanksgiving. How do I get myself to clean out my closet??? Help!!

Christy I love your pictures and you are so beautiful.
Tootie, as far as getting rid of the cloths, I had no problem doing it and I was just so happy to get into smaller cloths and they look so much better on me than the big ones I use to wear. I am just so excited that I can wear much prettier cloths now. My husband was the one that told me to save the big cloths becasue he was afraid that I might gain it all back when I first started to lose the weight. I think it was becasue I have tried so many diets and always managed to gain it back and even more went on. When I first started to sew in my cloths I would cut off the seem and my hubby just about lost it becasue he thought that was a waste of clothing, becasue he thought if I gain it back and then I would have to buy new bigger cloths. Now my hubby knows that I will not gain it back with all the power I have within me. So he is happy when I have to start to get rid of the bigger cloths. I hope and pray that I will never get that big again and I will try with everything that is with in me to not gain it back. I was at both ends of the stick and klnow what it means to be thin and what it was like to be so heavy that I was so immobile and depended on other people to help me with things that I needed done. It is such a helpless feeling and never again. So tootie, think possitive and just get rid of them and think thin and in no time you will be there and just trying on those beautiful smaller cloths is so exciting and the only cloths that are big cloths that I had on before is only one pair of pants and one top. It is more or less to keep me reminded of where I was and never to go back there again. My hubby and I get such a good laugh out of the cloths that I kept back as a reminder to me. I do not want all those big cloths around my house, I want my new thinner cloths to look at not the big ones. So Tootie get rid of them and look forward to all the new thinner cloths that you are wearing already and the new ones that you are going to get down the road, and you have done a great job losing the weight and think possitive that you will not need those big cloths anymore. Stick to the pouch rules and you will be ok. Congrads on your 72 pound loss.
