I was looking for something in one of my first posts and ran across this....you never answered...so I thought I'd cut and paste it here...
We are "talking about" coming to Michigan for Christmas...and if it's convinient...it would be fun to get together....if we are close enough...

My Hubby grew up in Michigan and his Mom and sister still live there. They live in a little town 30min. south of Traverse City called Fife Lake.

Do you know it?? Russ grew up there...and we go there often. In fact, b/c we are moving to NYC in a couple of months - Russ' Mom is letting us store a bulk of our things in her basement in Fife Lake. That is why we were just up there....
We did go up to Traverse City couple of times....once to take my daughter and niece and nephew to the "Bounce Arena" a warehouse of bounce houses....do you know it?? And then ate dinner a La Senorita....yummy margaritas!!!
Then on one Sunday...we went to Russ' Dad's gravesite...and then went to get a "great hamburger" at a small place...I think it was called "J & S Hamburg"....????

Anyway...
Just curious if you knew of these places....where do you live TWEETY???
