Okay so I had to share this picture of my friend and I sharing the same pair of sweats that I used to wear at my fattest to feel comfortable. This pair of sweats was hated by my hubby and loved to death by me. I bought them while he was in training because I knew he wouldn't approve of me buying them...lol. Taking this pic was a big moment for me.

Thanks Peggy... I wonder how many of us post ops have had the same picture taken to an extent and if we can get them to post theirs? Come on people....whip out the old sweatpants and get some pics taken....lol.

I haven't really noticed the positives of the B-12 lately, but it could be due to allergies and my stress level, so we will have to wait and see what the bloodwork comes back to read. I hope it is improving and that we can just continue with the shots. I would rather get a shot than shoot something up my nose. Besides it gives me an excuse to get out of the house.

YEAH i guess im the opposite and being i work full time i cant make it to the doctor for shots so a snort works for me.
I am sorry your with stress levels that are high...im a bit stressed this past week, and now i think stress went into evil two headed PMS mom.
HATE this time. Also allergies stink as well ....feel good always thinking about you.
