 |  finally i lost 100
hello everyone i have been trying so hard to lose that 100 lbs it felt like i can touch it some days and other days it felt like i can't reach it i had a scale that told me i was 291 so i took it back to the stores and returned it for another scale cause that scale kept giving me different reading the new scale said i was 296 i was so sad i couldn't believe it so i found a gym that i love i go swimming everyday now but soon i will be doing my 2 mile walk around the track in the gym it is just now this week i have been going swimming for an hour a day i time myself so i don't get to tired to get out of the pool i guess it all paid off im now 288 lbs thank u god i been waiting for that 100 lbs to be gone forever.everyone thanks for reading and have a bless weekend.
