How do you "See" yourself ?!?

I'd admit...I can't relate to this ...I usually see myself fatter than I am. Do you think that the "heavy" women that wear barely anything see themselves this way?? LOL.
Although - if this is a "mirror" thing...then, I'll be wanting one of these....

Hey Lisa - do you think Wal-Mart sells them???

This is one of the most common distortion of our selves.

Well i personally think im the opposite right now that im the thinner person looking in the mirror seeing me fat still.
I need the mirror !!!!!!!

Sign me up for that one too. Let me know where you can get it. But it's great that she has that kind of confidence in herself. I still struggle daily when I have to look in the mirror.

This so true, we do see ourselves as fatter... when I went shopping I actually saw myself as thinner than I THOUGHT I was..... hate these chicken legs as my sisters call them... they dont have them....Peggy

When I posted my pictures today I was not too happy. What I used to look like made me sad to think I was so far "out" of the normal loop and in the new pictures I see that I don't look nearly as good as I feel. I guess my body and head have to line up with each other. I know I'm headed in the right direction...I guess looking at the old pictures reminds me about how rotton I felt back then. I could never look at them longer then a glance before.
