Hi all! Sorry I haven't been on lately, busy and getting ready for Black Friday!! It's been 3 weeks since my daughter and I moved out and into our little apartment that I just love. I am still losing weight, but need to figure out how to stop now. Never thought I would say that in my lifetime. Mentally I am over the top happy with my new found independence. I really never thought I was a strong enough person to live alone, but everyone at work says they can see that the stress has immensely lessened. My parent/teacher conference went very well last week and I have been reassured that my daughter has not missed a beat from the move and is thriving. She of course was my biggest concern with the move and changes and she has just done so well. I am proud of her. He and I are still on good terms which I hope will continue for our daughter. I am now just waiting for papers to be mailed to him in order for the divorce to be final. I am hoping he gets them soon, so they can be filed soon. If all goes well, it could be final before the end of the year. Take care and I will be back soon!

Good to hear you and your daughter are doing well. As for the weight loss, increase your intake slowly, a bite or two more with each meal, preferably protein.

Glad to hear things are going pretty good for you and your daughter. I'm sure the holidays will be hard on you but we'll be here for you. Try and keep a decent relationship with ex. My ex and I cannot even be in the same room and it has/had affected my kids. They are now 23 & 25 and still my son has no contact with him. They were 11 & 13 when he left. Take care
