1000 th/ POST!!

I know that this post is nothing special...and doesn't merit any reply....but, I wanted to commemorate my 1000th post on this board.

I can't believe that I've been a member of this board for 6 months and 6 days...and I'm 4mos and 3weeks Post op. As of today...I've lost 91.6#...and in .3# I will be 1/2 way thru my weight-loss journey!!

It's been an amazing journey thus far....thank to everyone here for traveling it with me. It's been an exciting 6 months...and I'm thrilled for all my new and wonderful friends....

It is important. I always enjoy reading your posts. You are an insightful gal.
If you want to get to 1/2 way goal today, you could cut a few inches of your hair. We're talking 5.3 oz. here!!! LOL. You are doing great. Unbelievable 1/2 way to goal in just over 4 mos. Great going. Your an inspiration.

Doc, Fr1endly & Kat...for celebrating with me!!

WOW...I am a "WLS MENTOR"....didn't even realize my new title!!! Sooo funny! Thanks too for the info Doc...everything I've read and heard...they call the first six mos. "honeymoon" b/c you don't usually have any hunger...and your weightloss is sooo rapid.

I am really glad to hear that I'll consistantly continue to loose weight for another year or so....sad to think that the "fast pace" is nearly over...but, I suppose I already am seeing the slow down....where in most of my early months I lost 16-18#....now this month it looks like it will be less than 10# this month.

I'll try not to get too bummed out!! LOSING IS LOSING!!

Thanks Kat for your encouragement...glad you like to read my posts...and that are helpfu...

BUT just think from 6 months to 12 months at about 10 lbs a month will still give you another 60 lbs gone which is still a fabulous number!
DONT worry you will continue to loose!

AND silly no thanks for celebrating in your 1000 post its too cool
