Default I'm stuck

Since I've been on pureed foods, I've not lost more than a few pounds and I was wondering if this is normal. It's not like I can even eat very much because I get full quickly. I've bumped up my walking to 1/2 mile every day with the ok of my dr but I can't seem to get under 285! Ok so pre-op I was 317 and I lost 32 pounds in 20 days but I thought I'd still be on this roll for awhile... anyone else remember having this problem?

TIA!

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

32 in 20 days is great.
Take a look at others, most haven't lost that much in a few weeks.
Say, 32 in a month, if it goes on that way for the next say, 4 months, that will be a total of 128 lost. 6 months, and 192 lost. You certainly don't expect to lose that much, do you?
Don't panic, your body will lose at the speed it needs to.
Take it easy, as your body is still trying to gauge what is happening, and is still healing in some areas.
Just relax, work to get your protein and water in, and exercise, and you will lose as fast as it is safe for your body to.

PUGMAMA!
your definitely at that first stall period that most hit.
ITS the time when your body is adjusting to all its been thru.
THESE will happen from time to time.

JUST relax, you will loose but i do recall how frustrating that
becomes to folks. JUST follow those pouch rules and your going
to be a huge success!
STALLS are hard! BUT also during this time your looseing inches.
I am much further out and didnt loose one pound this summer.
BUT now putting on jeans i do find they fit me a bit looser
so i guess even at my stage the inches are shifting when the
scale has stalled for me.

HANG in there your gonna be a huge success. I started my journey at 310
and now to my amazement im at 167!

Talking First off....

You will come off this "short stall" pretty quickly...but I want you to know 32# in 20 days is amazing!!! I lost 36# in 4 weeks....and then just so you know, for the next 3 months I lost between 15# & 17# each month. So, that left me to loosing around 83# -

Now this month...I'm loosing slower...I've lost about 8 more pounds....but, really if I were in WW...that would be 2# a week...and I'd be happy about it.

So....don't get down...you are doing AWESOME...your body will HAVE to give the poundage up...it has NO CHOICE....

Go ahead...GIVE IT UP Pugmama's BODY!!!

I feel your pain.. I lost 27 lbs in 3weeks and i'm on a stall now. I've been holding steady for the last few days, after losing about 2lbs a day. I checked the scale this morning and it was down a little bit but not counting it till I check again in a few days incase it goes back up..lol
So relax and the weight will begin to come off again soon it seems to be normal.
