I didn't mention my last weigh in about 2 and a half weeks ago because i hadn't lost anything. I hadn't gained but i hadn't lost.

Today i went to get weighed and WOW, 7lbs in 2 and a half weeks. I don't know how i did it, i even cheated a couple of times in the past week.

Ok, so for the confession. I know that you have been noticing that i haven't been around alot lately, well i just needed to let you all know it's the trucks fault. I have been out everyday, going for groceries, (which Roo used to do because i couldn't walk to the grocery store and back), going to the park, going to the book store, going visiting my cousin, and sometimes just going for a back roads tour with my Roo. I have a feeling that as the weather gets increasingly colder and wintery i probably won't go out as much, (don't like the cold), but for now i can't get enough of going out, doing odds and ends, visiting ect. I've already been out this morning, (got weighed and delivered a donation to the food bank), and am now going out again to go over to my cousin's for the afternoon. So now you know why i haven't been around as much. I haven't forgotten any of you, and still love this site and all of you.

(PS- i found another place that has a scale that goes to 800lbs that has said i could get weighed there, the food bank. They weigh food donations and the scale is available to me anytime i want.)

It was great to hear your voice too. Such a nice suprise. So thoughtful of you to call and check on me. It's funny but when you called i had just done the dishes and was staring at a bag of white bread trying to talk myself out of toast and peanut butter for a snack. Your call came at just the right time, it helped me vote no on the toast and peanut butter. (although the olive fit last night didn't suffer any,). I called my Mom after we talked and she said that you had called the cottage number looking for me. Now that it's Sept and weather is getting worse you'll be more likely to find me there on the week end rather than during the week. I just have to ask you....did you find that i have a strong canadian accent? Just curious.

Doc, i can't scheduale the smoke screen/ drug testing until i am 6 weeks quit. I'll have to look on the calendar to know for sure when i can scheduale it, coming soon though.

Awww Krys glad you enjoyed the phone call as much as i did. Sorry I had to go had the tow truck guy comeing to take my husbands car away so
I had to go.
YOUR voice is ver adorable and sweet sounding, unlike my tought NY accent. I will call you again. I seemed to have only had the cottage number
not your home so now i have both. THAT was the number you gave me when you were going offline for the computer change over. You came
back so quick that time i didnt get to phone you!
