Default Need help figuring out how to post my picture within my profile

Can someone please step me thru the procedures of getting my picture to show on my posts? I have tried and I didn't work . I got it as far as to show in my profile when you click on it. But I want to to show under my name with my stats whenever I post a new tread or respond to one. Can someone tell me what step I am missing?

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

You need to do it through your UserCP (control panel).
The pic in your post column is called "Avatar".
First, click on UserCP in the navigation bar at the top, it's first on the left.
Then go to Edit Avatar and choose the option you want.

For putting up photos and such, please check the FAQ in the navigation bar, or the Tech Questions forum.
