I second that one! Doesn't any plastic surgeon out there want someone he can mold to be the best they can be. I would love to be a before and after.....don't they need some extra practice? I will volunteer!

I am right there with you girls. I want my tummy tuck and boob job BAD!!! The more I lose the more I want it!! Thank god the real estate market is picking up....I maybe able to afford it after all. Since I know I will not get plastics in time for Christmas....I just wish for my family and kids to get what they wish for and for us all to be happy!!
