Not only am I going to have to watch my food like a hawk because my body is betraying me right now, but I heard our metabolism slows down quite a bit after the change. If that's true, I have some major reworking of my eating and exercise plan to do. My 2+ years honeymoon in my comfort zone has vanished into thin air in a mere 4 days. Bummer! I was getting to like it there!

Oh well, that's life. Just when you think you've got it figured out, it throws you a curve ball.

Mine enemies, rejoice! I am miserable. The mind is sorta OK, but the body sucks! Well the mind is kinda out there too, admittedly.

I hope doc can do something for me Monday other than send me to the lab and make me wait a few more days. I don't need no labs to tell me what's happening! Maybe when he sees the murderous look in my eyes, he'll relent LOL!

I think that my mother in law's going through the change did have a little to do with my husband's willingness to move across the country....hmmmm......Good luck with trying to get some help in coping. I hope that you get results soon.
