Default Do you hate protein shakes????

I been seeing several posts from people that arent finding
protein shakes that work for there tastes.
ANOTHER product that me and SHELLEY use
is by HOOD and its called CALORIE COUNTDOWN
CHOCOLATE MILK!
its delicous!

Calorie Countdown

IT has 8 grams of protein!
I get mine in my local supermarket in the dairy section.

HOPE this helps! EVEN can be used to make your own
shakes with if you dont use a ready made type

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Thanks for the tip Lisa. I will check and see if the commissary has it when we go grocery shopping next. I have just now gotten to where I can handle protein shakes if I doctor them enough. I froze part of my leftover shake yesterday and had it almost like ice cream...that wasn't too bad since I was so hot yesterday. I have decided that next time I get protein powder it will either be unflavored or chocolate so I can try it in hot cocoa.

Here is the nutrition label link:

Calorie Countdown 2% Chocolate Dairy Beverage

It didnt like when i cut and pasted it here but with 90 calories
and 8 protein i find it wonderful. I dont count calories i only watch
my carbs and my protein closely!

yeah, I just aim for as high of protein as I can get for the most part without too much fat or sugar. I can't handle monitoring every little calorie on top of that....too much brain overload.

UGHHHHHHHHHH I tried many brands, but my tongue and stomach are very sensitive to protein shakes and to protein bars. I tried mixing it with hot/cold/war water or skimmed milk add ice to it hmmm I guess I have to give up!
I will eat protien from their natural resources.

I have tried Boost (Chocolate), Ensure (Vanilla), Equate (Strawberry) and they are all GROSS!!! The vanilla is best (if there is a best bad). Most are just sickeningly sweet. I have bought protein powder but haven't tried it yet - not too sure what to do with it, honestly.

I try to do protein naturally, but I still am not eating much and there is just no way possible to get all the required protein in yet....but I keep working at it...

I don't like the protein shakes either. I've tried several kinds, i've added fruit and tried mixing in the blender with ice, so far not much luck!!! I'm going to look for the the chocolate milk.
