Hi christy, missed you some the last couple of days.
Have your blues gone away? I sure do hope it has.
Hm, everyone seems to be on a major stall. Plenty of stall talk going on in chat.
Yes, keep up your protein, but make sure of the calories. That you don't pick up extra cals from extra carbs that hide and sneak into your food in various forms.
How many cals did your doc/nut say OK for a day?
Normally, it would be around 1000-1200, I think. If your daily intake is in this range, or lower, then you're doing fine. If it's higher, over 1500, then better watch the total amount you're eating.
Also, don't go scale crazy and panic. Hide your scales for a week, go back to the basics and stick to it, then check back your scales.
Even if the scales ain't going down, if your clothes size is (is your jeans looser than last month?) you're most likely doing fine.
Last but not least, reread Craig's article on plateau.
Everyone goes through it, and it's also different for everyone, from the accounts I have heard. If you stick to the rules your surgeon has given you, I'm sure you'll do fine.

160gs of protein is 640 cals. (1g protein = 4 cals, 1g carb= 4cals, 1g fat= 9 cals)
Only 640 cals per day would be a little low. If you can get in some good carbs, you should add around 80g carbs, which total 320 cals. That will bring up your total daily intake to 960 cals. Avoid anything that clearly includes fat.
Now, are your protein drinks just straight protein, in other words, nothing but protein dissolved in water, or is something else being used to make the solution, that might include carbs/sugar or something that includes fat like milk? (Though I imagine most of you avoid whole milk.) If your drinks are pre-prepared ones, check the package to see how many cals, and plan your intake from there.
I hope this helps.

Actually, from the breakdown, total cal for one scoop is 114.
2 scoops= 228
228 x 4 (since you say 160g prot) = 912
Yes, I think that should work for you.
