I am getting a cold and was wondering what everyone takes to relieve the symptoms. I used to take Alka Seltzer Plus cold medicine pre-op, but since it's fizzy I don't think I can take it now. I use Zicam to shorten the severity, but don't know what to take now. Any suggestions would really help! Thanks.....
