 |  Wanna hear about my morning???
Probably not, but I am going to tell you anyway. So this morning I get the kiddo's ready, breakfast, lunches, and so on, go out and start the car, come back in and get the kids. When I get in the car I smell smoke, but really don't think anything of it, put the car in reverse and notice smoke coming out from under the hood. So (being the car expert that I am!!!) decide to shut the car off. Get out and try to open the hood, to no avail. Decide that I should probably call a friend to see if she could take my kids and a neighbor to school. I turn around and there are flames shooting out from underneath the hood!!!! So I call 911 instead, and then called my friend. So I had 3 policemen show up, 2 fire trucks, lots of nosey neighbors wondering what was going on, and still having not talked with my husband. So that was my morning...God and I had a conversation after everything calmed down. I really think that I have had my fill of things going wrong the past few months. We had car problems at the beginning of the summer, then our boiler went out, and the list goes on and on...so I AM DONE!!! No more please!
I hope that everyone else had a better day than I did. Thanks for letting me vent!

I am sorry you had such a bad start to your day, but happy that everyone is so safe.
I was driving to work one day about 18 years ago, and smoke started coming out of the hood of my car. I was on route 17 in NJ, and thank God I pulled over into a gas station............the attendant popped the hood and the car was in FLAMES!
God was with you and your kids. Here's to a better start today. S
