I use the internet for recipes. I bought a "netbook" mini computer (thanks for the suggestion, Dave) and have it on the counter when I need a recipe to cook. If it is good selection, I print it and put it in a binder.
Search for "lowcarb" websites that include recipes. There are THOUSANDS to choose from. You will need to be careful on the fat content.
