Default Baby it's cold out there

Just got home from taking Roo to work. Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!
ok, birdie needs to fly south or get some warm gloves for driving. It will help when we get the heat fixed i guess we can't wait to much longer on that. Will be pricing a blower motor this afternoon. Made myself a hot green tea and am enjoying the warmth it's spreading through me. Have i told you all that i switched from coffee to green tea? You know i just did it automatically and never thought much about it, but just assumed that green tea is better than coffee. I know it helps your metabolism so that was the thought behind that.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Hope that you get heat soon. That can't be fun. Good job on the green tea.

I agree with you Kyrs! It's cold outside. It got down in the 40's here last night. I am finding since I have lost all the weight I am already too cold.

Better get that heat fixed or you may just freeze this winter!

Wow. I thought summer was just over, and it's that cold????
Here, we've been having off and on days, but no lower than the 60s and high 80s still on occasions...

Green tea's considered good for your health here, but be sure that you don't take your meds and then drink green tea immediately after. It has an ingredient in it that gets in the way of the absorption of many medicines.

It was 38 here this AM @8AM. I have been looking for some flannel nightgowns and sheets. Does anyone else get cold faster now that they've lost some weight?
