Today is my 11 month surgiversery!!!! I have to say the weight is coming off MUCH slower. I am proud to say though....that I am down 128lbs!!! I never would have imagined I could lose that much weight in 11 months. My goal is to be at 175 by my 1 year. I have 7lbs to go as of today.....lets see what I can do! Thanks to everyone on here for your support!

Congrads on the weight loss, you have done a great job. The weight loss has really slowed down for me once I got to a year out and am stuggling to lose weight. I cannot wait till Spring so that I can start to work in my garden and go for walks on the road. I hope we can find a puppy this coming year, so the puppy can walk along with me. I love to have a dog walking with me and our dog that we have is so old and he stops just a few yards on the road and goes back home. This dog a few years ago would run himself to death for me, that is what my husband told me a few years ago when our dog would run everywhere with me and when I was on the fourwheeler going a few miles away from home and guess who would be right behind me, our dog. Now he is so deaf and has really bad feet. So he stays close to home and his feet do not bother him to much if he just stays close to home. Family think we should put him down and said he is not in any pain if he stays close to home and I will never put him down for a few aches and pain, he is so dear to me and I love that dog. He always favored me and would go to the ends of the world for me, he listens so good and now when he is nearly deaf all I have to do is point and by my expersion on my face he know what I want him to do. I was afraid that he would not make the winter, but he is really doing good in the cold outside and he can go into the barn any time he wants. Sorry I am geting side tracked. Congrads on only one more month for your year surgiversary.

my old aviatar was from July at probably 225 or so. I did post full body at 195...didn't think there was much change from 195-183 but I will post in the next day or so and we shall see!!
