yeah i know. i use to have 2 a day. separate times of course because i figured 2 would make me dump but today i got one and now they have the nutrition info on the side of the box and i was blow away. this is going on my list of "never agains" just like cigarettes. i cant allow it.

i think the only thing that is "ok" in a pinch is the grilled snack wrap. it is the only thing under 200 cals. what sucks is they substitue the chicken for a grilled chicken breast which throws everything off...so i have had to stop getting that as well. their coffee is excellent though...

While I was in my pureed diet I look at the facts on all the food I used to have and it scared me. I will only eat one thing and that is the Dunkin Donuts Egg white flat bread. 280 calories and 19 g protein. it isn't great but better then other things

Sorry for sounding so sarcastic, but it is apple pie filling wrapped in fried dough. None of that says low cal to me. BTW, how's the fireball addiction coming?

spikey. i had NO IDEA they were fried. seriously. it didnt even occur to me. i thought maybe it was 100 thorw aways cals at the most but 250?? sheeeesh!

i am laying off the fireballs. acid reflux and tooth aches dont allow me to really 'enjoy' them like i use to.

i was thinking the same thing about dumping. it doesnt really stop be if i want to eat what i want to eat. i started preparing for it. i would eat and then run to my bed knowing i would be comatose in a few moments... i had that issue during the holidays with the sugar cookies. i just dnt buy the dough anymore because i cant NOT have them. thats the only thing that works for me. NOT having the stuff around. i feel like a kid on punishment LOL! but i gotta do what i gotta do...
