Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Ok, what is going on, I have lost my appetite...I dont want to eat much of anything and knowing I should I can't. All i ate today were some crackers and bit of cheese with them and my protein drink and of course my water....Has anyone else done this or know why I'am like this? Been like this for the last 3 days.

| Super Moderator | Just about everyone has their ups and downs.Browse through the various threads, and you'll probably be amazed at how many talk of this, though their wording may be different. It's just the normal part of healing and adjusting, so don't worry over it. Just make sure you get in as much of your protein and your water as you can, and you will be fine. ((((((((HUGS))))))))

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Count your blessings Miss Belle!! I lost my appetite....and didn't start to get it back until recently. Try to stick with your protocol....cuz what is gonna help you get that weight gone....is your protein....and liquids!! Those are the only necessities....PLUS your vitamins!!) Just enjoy it....don't worry...your appetite will return. That was my favorite time of my Post Op....now that my hunger is coming back, I'm getting a little nervous!!~ Ahhhh! How are you holding up...doing good?? Has anyone guessed your age yet??? How much weight have you lost?? and in what time frame....I can't remember if you have all your info in your "siggy."

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Hi Belle, I am 1.5 mos post op and I have many days where I don't feel like eating anything at all. This hasn't really bothered me though, except for the nausea and some of the physical effects I feel on those days. Keep up the good work and don't worry about not being hungry. From what I understand, it will come back and then we have to address that too! |
