Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass     |  Femme's Fashion Pic....here you go Kat!! Just thought I'd put up a couple pictures from my fashion show in the Louvre...... This was my first fashion show....a really cool experience. It was a competition for Young Design students from all over the world! I really think that this competition had a ton to do with my success getting right into being a designer out of college. The topic was "Cruise Wear".... every fashion school in the US could send 2 students to the NYC (USA)semi-finals. (every country had their own semis) Then I won in NYC....I truely couldn't believe it esp b/c the finals were in Paris...and I got a FREE first class trip to Paris. ...actually I know that God is the reason for all that...but HE is the reason I won the US semi's....and got to go to France. I'll never forget this incredible experience!!! (BTW...#16 won the entire competition...)

Winning that compition in NYC and getting shipped to Paris (1st class, no less) is HUGE So my question is...are you working on designing now??? When I was in HS I did fashion ink-washes and thought of FIT briefly. You have soooooo much talent. Please fill me in. Kat |

But, part of the reason we chose to move to NYC, is we thought if needed I could find work!! Our loose plans are for me to be here this year with 'Bella....and then when she goes to school look into what type of work is available for me. A lot of prayers between now and then.....  Right now....I'm selling off my designs...and really nice clothing on eBay....trying to get us some extra $$ for new clothes....and things here. Just for a season....(no pun intended....LOL)

| Super Moderator  | Ohhh, I LOVE your design!! One of these days, I may send you some bargain kimono silks and see what you can dish up!!  The bolts are different from those for western clothes, about 14 inches wide, and about 14 yards long.  Better yet, I gave Leslie a couple of them when they were in Japan last year, I wonder if she found someone to work on it? Maybe you could think of something? Too bad you moved to NY.
