Could be low blood sugar or low blood pressure. Make sure you get up slow when standing. Please make sure you mention this to your doc this week.

1) A lot of post ops experience what's known as orthostatic hypotenion. Sudden drop in blood pressure with position change, usually from prone to sitting up, sitting up to standing, or standing still for an extended period of time.
2) If you are on anti-hypertensives/blood pressure medication, then your weight loss may have brought your blood pressure down, with the result that your present dosage is too high for you now.
3) If you are diabetic and are on oral medication or insulin to control your blood sugar, then youre blood sugar level may be getting low--time to reduce the dosage, or maybe even come off them.
4) You're still very early out, so this probably won't apply yet, but you may have developed anemia through low VB12, iron, etc.
There are other causes, but the above are relatively common ones.
In any case, let your surgeon/PCP know.

I get shacky and start getting the same symptons as low blood pressure but each stage goes on very slow. So I get shacky and weak and cold sweat but each of these for a few minutes each so the bad feeling lasts a while. maybe i'm not explaining it well but i wonder if this is the result of being low on iron or Vit b12.

What about dumping, you can get it from that too, is it related to eating e.g. you get shakey after a certain time after eating certain foods.
How are your most recent labs, if they were low in anything, get them up to where they should be.
Another thing to consider is dehydration, make sure you're getting in enough water, too.

Try upping your water a lot- that helped me with dizziness from the low blood pressure as Doc said, and from not enough fluids!
