anyone shop there? i LOVE it. i finally went in today after driving past one for almost 2 yrs. not bad. sad to say it might actually end up being my downfall. i LOVE snacks and things that are easy to make and they've got plenty.

Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Yummmmm I love shopping there! I mainly buy produce, dairy and frozen stuff. I love their "Just Salmon" that is already made I just grab a bite of it out of the fridge when I need quick protein- I also love the chocolate covered bananas....just a bite of my kids though!

its a good little store. i have to admit. i had a look around yesterday and i bought a few things. i was drawn to their meat section. pre-seasoed and marinated fliet mignon im in heaven. i didnt buy any though. one day. MARK MY WORDS!! i did buy a bunch of snack which is bad i know but i made some good choices. and they were the only place in Westchester with half decent strawberries lol! they also have a section of protein powders and vitamins and stuff. i couldnt get anywhere near it. it was packed with ppl and their carts. next time...

Love that store.....
I will be going there when I start back eating. Can't wait to have some tuna or any seafood. My daughter took me to my follow-up appt and on the way home she stopped to get a crab cake in Maryland. OMG it looked and smelled so good I bought one just to look at (lol). Look at it and then offer it to a friend who came to visit.

I am just one week post op so in a couple of weeks I may go back for another crab cake and I will enjoy it.
