Well, I had my 6 wk check up today. The good news is I have lost 33 lbs, I breathe a lot easier and it's finally starting to make a difference in my size.
The downside is I crave things like potato chips right now and have to stay away from them and pretty much everything else. I can't seem to find new ways to make protein and chicken has been my staple for the last couple of weeks. My Dr. doesn't really want me to be eating much vegetables or of course carbs so I need to get creative.
Next check up is at the 12 week mark and should be interesting to see what is lost then.
