Default Favorite Fun Foods / What's Your Pleasure?

1) My number one pleasure is Skinny Vanilla Lattes -- I either get them from Starbucks or I make them myself, but either way, they are a joy AND they provide protein and only 90 calories.
2) Stacy's Naked Pita Chips: It is absolutely a guilty pleasure and I don't have many, but I am quite addicted to the crunch. I don't eat chips otherwise, but these have become quite habit forming.
3) Dark Chocolate Non Pereils (from Trader Joes) They are low in sugar and I can have three without guilt. It is nice to have something sweet and dark chocolate is good for you.
4) Protein Pancakes with sugar free syrup. I can't eat more than one but every so often I'll make pancakes and I add protein powder. My kids love them too and then I throw blueberries in mine -- with a little sugar free syrup, its a little piece of breakfast heaven.

So what's your guilty pleasures??

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I made/ate french toast this morning! That is the only way I can get an egg down anymore.

My faves: Greek style yogurt with sweetener and fresh fruit.

WW cups of ice cream/ice milk.

SF fudgecicles.

I like tortilla soup too! And mexican meatball soup (albondigas?).

"Protein style" (no bun) cheeseburger from In-N-Out
