Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Welcome back. You've come to the right place, we're all still here ready to help you.

So first off - you have lost 91 pounds already! You've done really good with all the other things going on in your life. Stop yelling at yourself and look at how well you've done so far, and that's when you weren't even able to try to follow the rules.

Are you ready to get back on track now? Then you need to decide that it's time to take some time for you. Set a schedule that's going to fit into your lifestyle. Set times that you are going to eat and have good protein choices on hand. Yogurt, cottage cheese, LF cheese slices, chicken and turkey lunch meats. All good choices that don't take time to prepare.

Have non-protein foods handy too - fresh fruit, raw veggies. Easy to grab.

Throw out the bad stuff. Every time I throw something "bad" away I just tell myself that the trash can looks better fat than I do. Don't have it in your house because it's just too easy to grab when you are busy, stressed, too hungry because you didn't eat on schedule.

Remember, lots of times when you think you are hungry, you are really thirsty. I have a big water bottle with a shoulder strap that goes everywhere I go. I fill it up with ice cubes then top it off with water, and just keep filling up the water all day long until the ice is gone.

Remember the rules:
Eat protein first, then veggies, then carbs.
Don't drink with meals, 30 minutes before, or 30-60 after.
Take your vitamins.

I know you're going to get back on track and the pounds are going ot strat dropping again. After all, you came here asking for help, so obviously, you still want to do this, and i know you will. Keep us posted.

Not Quite Barbie, said it perfect. We are here for you and make time for yourself, becasue you are a special person and need to do things for yourself. A person can only spread yourself around only so much to be there for people and they know you are there and love them, but you have to at the same time make time for you. I am so sorry that you have to go threw all that pain with your family. I hope things start to look up now for you and brighter days are coming. Remember if you need to talk, we are here to help you, these people have helped me so much and i would be lost without them all. I think you have done a wonderful job with the weight loss. Nice to see you again. My thoughts and prayer are with you and your family.

POST YOUR THOUGHTS AND VIEWS IN THIS WONDERFUL SUPPORT GROUP EVERY SINGLE DAY! Yes, I am yelling. lol

It is proven via studies that long term success is dependant on the constant reminder of where you have been and where you are going. In other words, in support forums such as renewedreflections.

Oh, yeah, and clear out your house of nutrient-less foods, like barbie said.

Cheers!

It's so good to hear from you!!! You've been through so much and with such success ~ you should feel great about what's been accomplished. I'm so thankful your family is doing better, I can't imagine~~~

Like they've stated ~ following the "rules of the pouch" is the best although it does take some discipline, I think it's time to allow yourself some time for you. Also, don't forget exercise does wonders for us. My daily walks were good for exercising my body, but the real benefit was my quiet time to process my thoughts.

Welcome back!

Good to hear from you. You are still in your 2 year time frame. Make that tool work for you. We are here to support you. I've read your posts before and heard the excitment in your writing when you were losing the weight. You have been through a lot and now it's time to think about yourself. Remember why you has this surgery.

Take care

Welcome, welcome, welcome.

Have you seen Big T's weight loss surgery channel on the net? There are some mighty encouraging episodes of the 90 seconds to success. Craig T has been there, and when I watch his shows, I feel like someone really knows me and my struggles.

Blessings to you,

Becky

Wow.....I look at your stats and see how well you have done...(you should be very proud of yourself for that!!) I read your story of the year you have had ( you should be very proud of the person you are for helping the people you love!!)
I also see how very blessed you are that the outcome of your year is what it is, It could have turned the other way and your story would have been sooo different.....and so you are very blessed. I know that does not help when you feel lost, we have all probably had that feeling....but it is obvious you are an amazing man, look what you have done. Getting back on track should be a piece of cake compared to your past year.....just start one day at a time, if you mess up today, then start the next hour, you can do it............YOU HAVE ALREADY PROVEN THAT!!!!!!
