Default I missed you guys!!!!!!!

My computer went down and now 4 weeks later I feel like I have sooo much catching up to do!
I have never been so lost in my weight loss then I have lately. I am trying things I know I am not supposed to have, and I have slowed down because of it with the weight loss itself.
I know it is because I have been with out my support group here with all of you.
We were on vacation last week and although we did alot of walking and riding bike I only lost 3 pounds and i contribute that to trying the beach fries....ewwwww., having a few bites of caramel corn, very brave!!!!
My diet was so out of wack for the week, I totaly lost all routine.
Now I feel terrible and know what I need to do.

At my 4 month checkup I was down 60 pounds and was very happy with that. Dang 60 pounds in 4 months!!!!! It would have taken me over a year to do that in the past. phew.....

Just wanted to say hello and I hope to catch up with all of you and how things are going. I see alot of new photo's on here and am impressed. Truly!!!! That is something I am still working on...hehehehe...a real dummy in that department.

I hope you missed me....LOL...kidding.

It is a beautiful time of the year isn't it? I love the leaves and fall smells. I want to get outside and start walking again and working in my yard. This rain is never ending here..

Have a good night,

ROBBIN

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Hey Robbin, welcome back!!
You have been missed, there's a thread asking where you are.
Cool new avatar, that is your grand daughter, I presume.
If you find getting your eating back on track a bit hard, I suggest you try going back to the basics. A week of liquids, a week of pureed, a week of soft foods, then back up to regular food. Get your water and protein in first all this time. This method seems to work very well when your eating gets wacky and you are in danger of getting your bad habits back.
Keep up your exercise, too, 60 in 4 months is very good, BTW.

Yay your back. We missed you too. Hope today goes well for you on your step back. I was thinking about doing something like that myself...just for a self check. I haven't weighed myself in 4 weeks and I feel as though I've made little progress as my clothes don't seem looser. My exercise has all but stopped and I need to get on that too. Are you going to do what Doc suggests? Let me know. Maybe we can pair up. Glad to see you again.

Welcome Back. Yes, you were missed dearly. I hope you can jump back on track and get things good good for you again. Don't feel bad cuz you have not been doing right by the book. This is all about a new learning process and you are going to fall once in a while. You just have to pick yourself up and try it again. Believe me, I do it all the time.

Kat, I would love to pair up with you and start over, I am afraid to do the total liquids though, won't that put your system back again and the hair loss and everything come back??
But what I do plan is to have alot of the protien liquids and softer foods for now, give it a good week then get back to lighter foods etc...
I used to keep daily journal to keep track of my protien, calorie, and fluid intake. Got away from that too. I will start getting back to that as well...
Let me know what your thoughts are and we can give each other some new ideas...I think too I have gotten into a rutt in that I am having the same things allll the time. Need to change my routine.

Lisa how are things going with you? The last I read you were still recouperating from your tummy troubles....I am hoping by now your are doing great. I do have a lot of reading to do, and so far I have only touched a few posts. It will take some time.

Thank you Shelly., I keep asking myself why would you put that in your mouth when you know it is bad, bad, bad!!!! (hhehehe)
You are right it is a learning process. I don't want to fail....I just can't.

This is what I needed though., back on the right track with all of your help and wonderful words of wisdom.
Thank you, Thank you, thank you......
