You know Kat, I'm not really sure about everyone else but I do take 3000mg a day of biotin. I do it just incase I do not absorb it all and if I do, that's great. I am a firm believer in the Biotin. Since I have been taking it, my nails are so nice and strong and don't chip, split, and break like they used to and my always has tons of new growth.

Oh, something the guy at the health food store told me....Biotin needs a fat to attach itself to....so it can absorb. It can be a good or a bad....doesn't matter....just can't absorb by itself...and absorbs better with a fat. He said someting like cheese milk or yogurt. I'm on it....takin my vits really well this week....now, I need to up my protein MORE! The other thing the guy told me was to up my B vits & C vits.....Basically eat a lot of dark green veggies. anyway...Thanks for the tip Shelley!!! I need to check out the milligrams.....

Deb I got a really great hair gloss for keeping strays under control by Paul Mitchell at the salon the other day. It was only 14 dollars for a big bottle to last forever. It is called Skinny serum or something. It helps to control and smooth and condition. I love it. Love your hair chica, can't wait to see it someday soon in person. Janae |

Thanks Deb, I absolutely love the hairstuff I got from Paul Mitchell and would recommend it. It should last me forever and when I am done putting it in my hair like the way my hands feel silky smooth as weird as that sounds...hehehe. I found the BIG SEXY Hair PRODUCTS awesome for giveing fullness back to me during the thinning times. I dont use it daily so my hair wont get immuned to the products but when im going out and want it to look good i use it verses everyday!MY hair looks nice an full again when i use it! THERE are so many great products out there and my hair stylist suggests useing root lifter products and volumizing products to help thru this tough time. SO at her suggestion i went to eckards and got the BIG SEXY hair gel and WOW! my hair came out awesome and full! WAS almost like my old hair again! I find for my hair changeing my products help me too my hair tends to get used to something and then the results arent the same.

That is a good point Lisa...I never buy the same shampoo and conditioner twice in a row since it is good for your hair to switch it up. I will have to try the Big Sexy product line soon. Janae |

MY shower and bathroom shelves look like a hair salon from all the varieites i try and switch around with. JUST osmething i truly notice with my hair i buy a product i love it and my hair responses well...but then after i use it over and over the hair goes back to the old ways so i always shake it up. sheesh what us women go thru to look great!
