Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass  |  Guess what???? Hey guess what???????? Today i have had the best day.......... Cameron and I went shopping,,,,,,we got some pumpkin trash bags, and some of those blowup pumpkin garlin,,,,And we came home, and i got the hedge trimmers, and everything and i trimed the hedges, and raked leaves, and made a trash bag spider,,,,,,its cool.........When we get done with everything i'll post pictures...............Then after Camerons nap, We took our little coco, (dog) out side and I ran and chased Cameron, and coco chased us, and kicked the ball, and we had so much fun,,,,,,,,When he left with his mother at 4:00pm,,,,,,i took a shower and i cried i was so happy to be out side ,(it was 90* here) playing, and feeling good.......... This evening, Wes and i walked 2 time's around the block, 3 is a mile. I was real tired after today...........Then after that, Wes got the football out and was throwing with Andrew and Nathan, (family son LOL he is 19) And Wes got the ball, i tackled him and he goes, "HUN KEEP TACKLEING ME DONT STOP LOL" I called him a sick "O"..lololol.....My right side still is sore from the weekness from the shingles,,,,,,,i cant throw the ball, very good right now i throw like a sissy girl.........LOL I told everyone, next year after i have all this flab removed, we are going to play some family, every person for their self..........Full tackle........I'm calling in my son Josh who played middle and high school foot ball, and my daughter, who like's contact sports, and Matt..... And Wes and his kids,,,,,,and a few more...... And we are going to have a fun, fun, probily calling 911 good time.......... But today was just a good, good, good day...... But tomorrow is going to hurt, my back is hurtting right now, so washing clothes, dishes, and all that for tomorrow.................lolol I hope to have many more. I told Wes this is the old me i was always out side, doing something, (b-4 my first ex) working with flowers, going on walks. Wes huged me and said i'm glad your feeling better, and your happy, he said he was happy when i was happy,,,,,,,,and he said he was so happy to come home and see me out side working on the spider i made.......He said it made his heart feel good........  Sorry its so long, but i just had to share.............. Oh i forgot to weigh today, i also started my TOM so i dont think i'm at the half way mark, i needed to loose 1.5 lbs. So i will weigh tomorrow, and let ya know................  So later for now............ |

| I am happy for you Becca., i am trying to get Ella here long enough to really get out in the yard and tear around. This weekend we will get the halloween stuff out and fix up the place. We bought her some seashells at the seashore when we were there and we thought she can put them in her sandbox and dig for them. Hear the ocean in the bigger ones. I think it would be wonderful to get everyone together and me be part of the team instead of sitting on the sidelines. Keep it up., and you will loose that 1 1/2 pounds especially after a day like today. ROBBIN

| Newbie | Congrats Becca I think when the good days start out numbering the bad that means you have hit some major point but until then count every one of those good days as the blessing it is. Good luck with your family football game! I told my husband in a year I want to join Tae Qwon Doe isn't it funny what we are now thinking about?  |

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Thanks guys............Today i'm sore, but NOT BAD!! I guess its where i work out with the weights..........My butt is sore the most of all........  Now my right knee is really sore, but i have a ACL brace for that........I think i tore my ACL for the 3rd time a few months ago, so i have been having problems with that..........It poops out sometimes.........I think my new depression meds are helping me, so i'm happy about that,,,,,,,,The med he put me on last week takes care of everything i have...........I told Wes why didint they put me on this years ago????? Today its raining  so i guess its the inside thing LOL......Lisa, i got moved to the end of the month, he is out of town..........I wish they wouldnt make the appt, then leave that week. That is so stupid, when Dr's do that.......... I use to love to get to do things, and now i can, and i dont say i cant, much anymore..........I just do it. |

SORRY proly wrong of me to say! HUGS! and keep us updated. I am glad the new meds for depression is helping! ITS an ugly matter that gets most of us post op.
