We beat ourselves up every day. I want to know....
What did you do "good" for yourself today? Not food or exercise (as that SHOULD be rote by now).
For me...
1) I cleaned out the "green" food (not originally green, if you know what I mean) from the fridge.
2) I finished DS's financial college forms (due Monday), even BEFORE my taxes were done. If anyone has done these, you know what an accomplishment that is! LOL
3 )I cleaned out the SUV of garbage and recyclables.
And, fanfare please!
4) I cleaned out my email inbox of old unneeded emails, over 1000 of them dating to 2006!
