NEVER in a million years would you have caught me doing what I did tonight prior to surgery. No way, no how!
I was at PT just after work tonight. I injured my shoulder (a little sympathy pains for da Perfesser) a couple of weeks ago. Therapists says my back muscles, between the shoulder blades, are very weak (too many years leaning over the keyboard) so we are trying to strenghten them up. Now picture this I am lying on top of a thigh high table and under me is a styrofoam roll about 3 feet long and 12-15 inches around with my arms spread out at my sides. While I am laying there I just start laughing. All I can think about is me up there at 300 lbs doing this. Heck the room was full and they already thought I was a crazy women up there laughing through the pain.
Honestly can you picture this? OMG too funny!

I can picture it easily!! That was me one year and 180 lbs ago!!! I damaged my rotator cuff and was going through all the PT also. Definately was not an easy exercise---almost impossible!!!! I can't blame you for laughing!!!! I would have too in your place.
