Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass  |  Cabbie's Disapperance Hi all I have just been reading through some posts and saw some of you had said "hi" and good job and stuff and figured I would for the very first time start my own thread so here it goes. Thank you so much for noticing my wl. I am so dysfunctunal when it comes to down loading or even taking pictures. I have to get more on top of it. Life is so crazy, I never realized how much I would be out and about once I didn't feel so ashamed and "fat". I am hoping for some sort of calm but with the holidays arriving, there is no chance. With that I only get on for about 10 minutes at a time and try to read as many posts as I can. Although that doesn't amount to much. lol I am so excited to see everyone's ticker just dropping and that everyone seems to be doing really well! I am so glad to have all of you here for me, you guys have made this whole process a not so scarey process! I can't believe that I am at my halfway already! I moved my goal weight down 10 lbs also since they say you can fluctuate 10lbs. We shall see!! I go back to visit my old girlfriends next weekend and I only told 1 that I had it done so I have been practicing my "speal". Wish me luck!! Love ya all! |

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass |  Hey Court!!! I know what you mean about going "out and about" more now that you are not in your "fat suit" anymore!! I have missed your joyful spirit and encouragement that only you are YOU!! I'm thrilled for you in being OVER halfway....wow, only 50#'s to go is sooooo great! I'm nervous about the last 1/2. The closer I get to my 6mo. Post Op anniversary....I don't know why I put soooo much emphasis on it....I guess b/c I know you loose the most of your weight in the first 6mos. Doc keeps telling me that I will have from 18-24mos....but I feel like it's all over after 6! And now the holidays are coming up....and I feel a bit nervous about their arrival. Great to hear from you again my friend...hope we'll catch up...btw....I found an AWESOME church here in NYC....and I am sooo thrilled and blessed. Life is really starting to settle in.....now if my apartment would catch up...and finish unpacking itself!!
