Default Think I overdone it....

I exercise too much yesterday.....I did 3 intervals of stomach crushes on my excercise ball within 30 mins ...this is a total of 90....whoo weee! do I felt it last night and today....I hurt so much I thought I was having an appendix attack. was tempting to go to the hospital to make sure...but I held out and the pain in my right side is gone but the soreness in my tummy still hurts (lots) .....I will cont' tomorrow but not as many...guaranteed ..hehe!

I would be on a stretcher if I had done that type of workout. I took H2O aerobics class this week and I was stiff in my arms from that. lol

First off good for you for working out, and second...I have soooooo done that before. Just ask my hubby about the first time I discovered an exercise ball....it was a good thing he was in training and not able to hear me whine about how much I hurt. Hope you recover soon and don't give up on the working out.
