Default Tiny little personal celebration...

With the first 50lbs it flew off the first month... this month was a little harder but I managed to lose another 10 pound three days shy of two months. I know my Dr. said that everybody is different and loses different so I just wanna see your personal experiences in celebration of my own little mile stone. If you don't mind sharing:

When is your surgery anniversary?
*August 25th
How many pounds you've lost to date?
*60
Favorite form of exercise?
*Right now I'm just trying to keep moving, but I love to swim
Favorite meal BEFORE surgery?
*Veal Parm
Favorite meal AFTER surgery?
*Not into "meals" yet
How many times a week do you weigh yourself?
*every day (probably shouldn't do that)
Where do you see your weight loss the most?
*round the middle
The most supportive person during this process?
*My sister Tammi and my husband
Hardest Part about the surgery?
*I'd say keeping food down and finding enough protein

Feel free to copy the above and pasting your answers over mine (that's the easiest way). Thanks for your support, I'm hoping to get to know everyone a little bit better this way.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

1. ANNIVERSARY DATE OF SURGERY- AUGUST 1ST

3. FAVORITE EXERCISE- WALKING, WOULD PREFER SWIMMING, BUT I LIVE IN THE STICKS NOT CLOSE TO A POOL LOL

4. FAV. MEAL BEFORE SURGERY- ANYTHING LOL MOST BARBEQUED STUFF ON THE GRILL WITH THE FIXENS- POTATOE SALAD U KNOW, ALL THE GOOD STUFF.

5. FAV. MEAL AFTER SURGERY- WELL, I JUST WENT TO KFC FOR THE FIRST TIME SINCE AND IT WAS AWESOME. I AM STARTING TO FEEL NORMAL AGAIN. LOL

6. WEIGHT CHECKS PER WEEK- 3 TIMES- I THINK A LITTLE OVERBOARD, BUT I FEEL IF I KEEP IT AT THAT IT WILL BE FINE.

7. BODY PART MOST NOTICEABLE WITH WEIGHT LOSS- I THINK MY FACE BUT NOTICE NOW MOSTLY EVERYWHERE

8. MOST SUPPORTIVE PERSON- MY WIFE, JESS. SHE IS AWESOME WITH THIS, BUT ALSO THIS SITE. THE PEOPLE ARE AMAZING.

9. HARDEST PART OF SURGERY- IF YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT THE ACTUAL SURGERY IT WOULD HAVE BEEN THE FIRST TWO DAYS. UGH!!!!!!! IF YOU MEAN AFTER THE SURGERY, IT WOULD HAVE TO BE FOR ME ANYWAYS, STAYING AWAY FROM THE SWEETS. I HAVEN'T BROKE DOWN ONCE SINCE SURGERY, FOR THE RECORD, BUT I DO HAVE MY MOMENTS WHERE I HAVE TO RESIST. I AM DOING WONDERFUL WITH IT THOUGH. I hope this has got you to know me at least a little better. LOL
WELCOME PUGMAMA!!!!!!!!!
