Okay, so just wondering, what kind of music do you all listen to in order to inspire you or motivate you for the changes you make in your life? (other than Craig T's band of course )
There are a couple of songs that have seemed to reach out to me since this whole thing and one of them is Breakaway by Kelly Clarkson, and another is Drive by Incubus. Both of them just seem to kinda be songs about taking control over your life. I don't know about any of you, but I can think back to a lot of times in my life good and hard, and recall certain songs that helped me get through it all. I am hoping to be recalling the song My Humps by Black Eyed Peas to mark the celebration of my loosing success this summer, but we shall have to wait and see....lol. Well, I just thought that this might make for an interesting topic of discussion, so by all means feel free to discuss.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

that is cool, my parents are a lot older in age than a lot of kids parents were growing up so I grew up cleaning house to big bands and taking the occasional break to dance with my dad to them. Those are some of my best memories of me with my dad so far. He taught me how to two step and waltz and a little jive. I also used to clog dance for a good amount of years. I love dancing and would love to take up Latin dancing and hip hop once my knees and hips get a little more stable. I wish that my hubby liked to dance, but it isn't his thing. I really miss going to dances at school and just getting crazy on the floor with my girls till we were too dizzy to stand.
