Does anyone have an idea if this site is still valid. I have been trying to get to it for several days and keep getting page cannot be displayed. I don't have any problems with any other websites. Craig references this site in his e-book and I wanted to check it out.

Thanks for any info.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I just tried that website too, in order to see for you, and I didn't get through. It gave me the same message. Is there maybe something you were looking for on that site that we could help you with? Any questions? Welcome to the board. Hopefully you will stay awhile and let us get to know you. Feel free to post in the profile section so we can know more about your situation. It sounds like you are most likely pre-op and waiting for approval. I wish you the best of luck in getting approved. I know how stressful waiting for insurance to decide your fate can be. I just barely got my approval about a week 1/2 ago. Hang in there and please ask questions if you have any, besides the more you post this month, the more it counts towards a contest Craig is holding this month. Good luck.

For some reason the AOA site www.obesity.org is down. The URL is correct however.

My guess is that either they are experiencing temporary technical problems or have it down for some type of maintenance.

If it is not up Monday morning, I will call a contact that I have there to check..

I hope you are digging into the book and workbooks.
