 |  My update for the week.
Just a short note. The week went well. I had to do my 24 hour EEG yesterday and today. Its like having a sleep study done but for 24 hours and you have to wear that stuff the whole time. No shower or bathing. They told me it would show somthing or rule it out. So.....im anxious either way. This is for my seizures. Im down a couple more pounds so I updated finally. 10 pounds from goal. Yes im happy.

Thanks everyone. Kim the last few come off really slow but I didnt do anything different. i do like the slowness of it because my surgeon told me its the best way to do it when you slow down instead of starving yourself to hit goal and then what? LOL. I waited to post that 10 pound until I acutally hit it. Or it would have been 1 pound or 2 a month.
