Has anyone tried this? The protein & carb content is really good....I wanted to try it but not sure of the taste. Any experience with it?

I haven't tried the Syntrax Matrix, but the Nectar is my all-time favorite high quality protein. Seriously, I can eat it right out of the container and it tastes great! I use the Fuzzy Navel regularly and add a few frozen blueberries and 2 frozen strawberries to it to thicken it up. I also really like the cappuccino flavor, which is terrific with some sugar free chocolate syrup. I prefer the fruit flavors over the traditional vanilla-chocolate-strawberry.

I use the Nectar and love it. I think Kitcat uses the Matrix. I'm not sure what the difference is between them. I to like the fruit flavors...Carribean Cooler is very good tastes like a Pina Cola. Yummy
