Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass  |  My First Milestone I had to share this with y'all this morning. Today I reached my first "goal". I prefer to call them milestones.  Some years ago,(one of many attempts at dieting), I had joined Weight Watchers in an attempt yet again to get myself under control. I had started in August of 2003 and quit in January of 2004. I had removed a total of 22 pounds. Now this story brings me to my milestone. In January of 2004 when I quit I weighed in at 212 pounds. Little did I know that it was the last time I would see that low a weight UNTIL this morning. I almost jumped off the scale from excitment!  211 pounds. 211 pounds!!!!! So, needless to say I woke my sleeping hubby up(he is home, sick)and have been beaming ever since.My next milestone is 12 pounds away. So be warned! The next thing you will be hearing is my sreaming for joy when I break 200!
