Bren... question for you deary... how did you know you had a "stricture"... at first I thought maybe this might be the case for me, but then I realized I had to eat SLOWER... much much slower. Just wondered what made the red flag go up. TTFN!

I guess the biggest thing for me was that if I ate more than 3 bites of anything that was thicker than milk I would throw up. Actually threw up most anything. It would hurt even when sipping water. I started out really well and was able to eat about anything without getting sick and then it became a gradual thing, till I got to the point I couldn't keep anything down. At first my doctor thought I had an ucler but when the meds didn't clear up the problem he ordered a scope. Now i'm back to being able to swallow again and doing fine

CONGRATS!!!!! YOU ARE DOING WELL FOR YOURSELF THESE DAYS. I AM PROUD OF YOU. GOSH, THE ONLY TIME MY BOSS CALLS ME ON MY DAY OFF IS TO COME IN AND WORK BECAUSE SHE HAD A CALL IN. LOL THE ONLY PROMOTION I WILL BE GETTING IS IF I GET MY BUTT TO NURSING SCHOOL TO UPGRADE, SO TO SPEAK. LOL AGAIN, THOUGH, GREAT JOB WITH EVERYTHING INCLUDING THE WEIGHTLOSS.
