I do not have any trouble eating hamburgers or mushroom burger at hardees, my favorite is the mushroom burger. I always throw away the top of the bun and I eat very little of the bottom of the bun. I leave the bottom of the bun on so that I can handle the burger and as I eat the burger I pick off the bottom of the bun as I go along, so I end up with very little bun. If I order a burger in a restraunt I only order the burger without the bun and if I forget to tell them I take the whole bun and throw it. I do not order the fries becasue they seem to make my pouch sick and I usually order a baked potatoe in a restraunt with my buger and kinda pick around the potatoe becasue the buger makes me full. If we eat at subway, hubby and I have a big subway and we share it. I take the top of the whole wheat bun and give it to hubby and eat the bottom with my meats on the subway. I have no trouble with a subway sandwich with just the bottom of the whole wheat bun.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Grease Kills me to Kenya. Doesn't matter if it is fast food or home made.

I haven't tried fast food hamburgers yet.. maybe I won't ever after reading this.

Sherrie.. my husband mentioned Shallers just today. My MIL is had a stroke in Feb and is at a Rehab center here in Rochester. She just got to where she can get in and out of a car again so she wants to go out for a hamburger after having had "institutional" food for 5 months. David said she wants to go to Shallers. I've never been there myself, but I think it's a staple for his mom's side of the family to go to. They live up in Hilton, Greece and Webster areas.

2 years out eh..duely noted. Thank you for sharing! I wonder sometimes if things are still going to "work" for me the farther out i get. I love the way my new filter works.. keeps me on the straight and narrow..Id hate for it to change.

i do not have any issues with grease ~ generally i cook with ground round, because it is so lean and i grill burgers so that the fat falls off. but i have gotten burgers out at restaurants, haven't had any at a fast food restaurant because i am concerned about fillers - i totally stay away from any bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, etc... because of the carbs that i just don't need
