So I took my boys out to Syracuse today to do some stuff and on my way back I saw a Checker's fast food joint. NOW I KNOW that fast food does not jive with my body or my mind but I wanted to try it because I used to love Checkers when I lived in Florida when I was much heavier. Yeah It sucked and my me feel like CRAP. Yes I Know, Just continue to stay away from it.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Yeah but now you have tried it and like you said lesson learned. I have tried stuff and its not the same anymore. But that is good for us.

I go to Schallers up here by the lake and get a burger and I pretty much take it apart and eat parts of it. My family thinks Im nuts but it works for me.

I've probably eaten my weight in Checker's fries, but any more, the thought of ANYTHING on their menu doesn't tempt me.

Glad you survived the experience!

I know what you mean and used to love a certian foods like a Mc Donalds double cheeseburger. Um yeah I tried one. Never will again. Its the meat on it for me.

If I dont make one at home.......I get it from wendys or Hardees because there meat is fresh and 100 percent pure beef. Sure I disassemble it to eat it to. Wendys is the freshest by far with the veggies on it being fresh also.

We all learn that lesson and I bet your boys loved it. My hubby has a thing for Crystal burger. There is none until we hit Ga going down to see his dad once a year. I cant eat them but he gets a steamer pack. LOl yep eats them for days and near the end they make him sick not to eat another one for a year.

just tonight on my way home from work i was thinking about how thankful i am that i had the full roux en y procedure for this very reason - so that my body would reject foods that i should not be eating in the first place. i haven't been brave enough to give my pouchy any tests on foods ~ too scared of the physical reaction.
