Today was my 4 week diet advancement meeting. When they asked how much Ive been eating and i said after about an oz I feel so full it makes me sick, they decided that I have to have this upper endoscopy done, They asked how long does the feeling last, I said like 90 minutes at least, then I get some relief but not all. They are going in tomorrow to streach my small intestine opening. Fun Fun Fun. Wish me luck

I forgot to mention that today I officially had a WOW moment. I can actually take off my tight jeans without unbuttoning them! These were the tightest jeans I have ever had in a size 26, I can already fit into some 24s but when I started this process I was a 32 and I have lost a total of 62.2 pounds. Also one more, I noticed that I am starting to be able to cross my legs, it wont be long now. Yippie for me!

I was in a size 30 and down to a 20 (as of yesterday when I had to go by new suits!). Such a great feeling and I'm so proud of you!
