Smile I got some Best Friend time in

I got some Drema time in as I call it yesterday evening and night. Shes my best friend/ cousin/ aka sister. I needed that girl time to fuss moan groan laugh cry etc.. It really helped alot. Its been a while since we sat down and just talked. I feel so much better today and as soon as I went in her house yesterday like a relief. Mike come to because of course he had to drive me but spent most of his time with her 19 year old son or watching TV and we spent time on the deck talking. We caught up did the usual moan groan laugh cry session we do when we need one. Her son who wants to go to cullinary school made a late supper and it was delicious. My hubby however had to show him how to cook a steak rather than well raw! LOL him and his mom love it still mooing.

It was beter than any antidepressent I could have ever taken seeing and talking with her. Better than any food I ever loved and used to gorge myself with. She had this surgery almost 5 years ago buy the same Dr as myself. She has not gained any weight. We both eat the same amount why the boys loved finished off the steak we had left on our plates. They were small to begin with.

She likes to drink wine so we had a couple glasses and it was wonderful. All the crap from the seizures and disablity melted away last night.

I go to my baby brothers house later today for the 4th. All my brothers cant attend this today but me and Tracy always find time for each other on holidays unless hes outta states seeing her sister on a holiday. This should be a good time also. His wife is wonderful and loves to talk. Tracy loves to talk himself. He said come early and we will all talk then cook out then relax a good while.....then go set off fireworks then come back and set on the back deck with the torches buring and talk more and relax. He knows I have been litteraly stressed out so this will be like a vacation for me to. Just getting out of the house and being around people you like is wonderful for me right now. The sleep thearpist suggested this to me after asking what is your day like....what do you do all day..... bam i needed to get out of the house and interact with someone else besides my hubby and son. Makes great sense to me!

Im planning on taking some pics so look hopefully for a post within the next week of pics. I hope I dont go overboard with them.

Take care and I thought I would let yall know how my self help is comming along. so far its great!

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I love BFF time.

Remember back in "the day" when we would sit and talk about getting old and "widow'd" and pooling all our money together to get an old house with a porch and rocking chairs and sit there and whistle at the cute boys walking down the street, and telling the old men walking by to "p**s off" when they had something to say to us? Remember that?

heh.

Great that you had some girl time with your cousin. I am also that needs girl time and I have that with my sister and my best friend that calls me just about everynight and she listens to me and she has some great advice and she said she loves listening to me about my life style change and how wonderful I feel and that the gastric bypass was a miricle surgery for me. I would be lost without my sister and my best friend. Have a great 4th of July and will be waiting to see pictures, I love to look at pictures.

"Girl" time is better than anything!!! Glad you were able to have that time. Sometimes we just have to get away and take care of ourselves, and having a good friend is always the cure.
