Question The Unexpected

This weekend we were at the beach. DH and I were in the water and the undertow was stronger than I can remember it being in a long time. Here's the kicker, DH actually had to hold onto me coz I couldn't stay in the spot where we wanted to be ~ I literally got carried away!

Would anyone like to share their unexpected experiences relating to their lighter self?

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Vicki, I know what you mean about the topper thingy -it's like exercise or something LOL! DH was putting on my sunscreen and says "you're too bony and too small" my response? oh, good ~ after years of "you're too big" and now "you're too small", it'll finally be "you're just right" LOL ~ Part of me actually liked being told I was too small, but here's the kicker ~ I'm not small! I'm solidly medium, size 10-12 medium. anyway, it's funny the things we used to do but can't anymore - like moving furniture; I never thought twice about moving a sofa or dresser, now I could tug on it ten different ways and it won't budge an inch. And, when I walk now, I carry this billy club looking flashlight, hey, at least it's got weight lifting properties to it ~ There was actually a lady killed less than 2 miles from here last week, she had gone to this storage place and the found her crammed in the storage unit ~ now you know why I carry a big flashlight...... maybe should invest in some pepper spray.......

so if we're "too thin" at my size, does that mean I'm big boned? Coz I can't even imagine me at 125. Also, do we get the "prison camp look" because we lose so fast? Is there a way to avoid it? If I were doing weights would that counteract it? I look at other people who are small and they don't look bony, so I'm trying to figure out if thats a WLS thing or just a "you dont workout" thing.

Sorry, I'm kinda chatty tonite ~ see ya later
