For all you newbies who think that life ends if you don't lose it all in the first 3 weeks post-op, here is a perfect example of sticking with the plan, working it, dealing with the frustration of stalls, being patient, putting in a consistent performance day after day after week after month and winning the prize!!
jj has done everything right over a long period of time and is reaping the reward. I was wondering last night on the drive home what that light was in the western sky. Turns out it was her grinning uncontrollably at success!!

Are you going to do anything special to celebrate??? | Yeah, I am going to Yosemite on Monday-Thursday. Gonna hike the Mirror Lake loop...a 3 mile one way, then return around the other side of the Merced river. Then gonna rent a bike. No horses yet...not ready.
