just have to tell you people how great each and everyone of you look! i cant get on here much anymore because of work. but i must say after hitting the refresh button 10 or 12 times and looking at all the before and after pics. all i can say is jobs well done!!! keep up the great work.........its november and i'm already awaiting summer to roll back around."i hate cold weather" since i lost all my insulation........

Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I couldn't agree more with your findings. Everyone is doing very well on here these days. Losing my insulation to has made me feel like I am living at the North Pole these days. lol I WON'T COMPLAIN THOUGH. I FEEL GREAT AND STILL KEEPING UP MY EXERCISE. MOSTLY WALKING AND EXERCISE BALL. I keep a pair of my old shorts around just for giggles. I won't ever part with them I put them on yesturday, just standing there, they fell right off. WHAT A FEELING!!!!!!!!! I don't get on here much these days either, due to my internet. It's been acting up around this neck of the woods lately. KEEP GETTING BOOTED OFF DARN THING. To everyone though, keep up the good work! YOU ARE ALL DOING AN AWESOME JOB.

I can only say congratulation to everyone here.. this is a very motivating site for myself whe i feel like i can be more confident about myself.. everyone gets more beautiful that ever within this site.
