Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | What do you guys think about them? The peanut butter one has 19gms protein, 210 calories, 26gms carb, 350mg sodium, 17gms sugar alcohol, and quite a few vitamins and minerals. Sugar alcohols don't seem to bother me, but the sodium, carbs, and calories---is that too high for a meal? They are really good and I tolerate them easily. It's nice to be able to get that much protein in one bar. If I have one, I try to make sure all my other intake for the day is more natural protein, like chicken, cottage cheese, things like that.

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Well i watch when finding a bar that o enjoy the CARBS!!!!! I never counted calaories but i count the carbs in things. I tened in my rapid weight loss months to keep my carbs very lo at a number that was in line with ATKINS diet indeuction levels. I tended to use the bars that go hand in hand with my shakes and always kept on in my purse when I was needy . ITs all a matter of preference and your surgeons rules. BUT to grab that when your PMS needy verse a real treat is FINE TOO!!!!
