Default South Beach Meal Replacement Bars

What do you guys think about them? The peanut butter one has 19gms protein, 210 calories, 26gms carb, 350mg sodium, 17gms sugar alcohol, and quite a few vitamins and minerals.
Sugar alcohols don't seem to bother me, but the sodium, carbs, and calories---is that too high for a meal? They are really good and I tolerate them easily. It's nice to be able to get that much protein in one bar. If I have one, I try to make sure all my other intake for the day is more natural protein, like chicken, cottage cheese, things like that.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I avoid bars because they are so high in cals. and also afraid they will turn me on but on the other hand, better to have one of them then a candy bar or other carbo-only sweet when you need a fix.

Well i watch when finding a bar that o enjoy the CARBS!!!!! I never counted calaories but i count the carbs in things. I tened in my rapid weight loss months to keep my carbs very lo at a number that was in line
with ATKINS diet indeuction levels. I tended to use the bars that go hand in hand with my shakes and always kept on in my purse when I was needy .

ITs all a matter of preference and your surgeons rules.
BUT to grab that when your PMS needy verse a real treat
is FINE TOO!!!!
