| It is almost Thanksgiving. 12 more days to get ready. In all the hustle of getting ready for our family get togethers I am hoping to take some time to really look at what I am thankful for in my life. I am thankful for my children and all that they are. I am thankful for my husband, he is the best. I am thankful for my Granddaughter and the new one due to arrive next summer. I am thankful for my Parents. I am thankful for my new health and outlook on my future. I am thankful for all of my friends and they're family's. I am truly thankful to be here with all of you, and would like to concider all of you my friends. You have all helped me through one of the toughest journeys I think I will ever take. Thankyou. What are you thankful for., would you like to share?? Oh and I am thankful too for any amount of time I might find to myself...hehehe...when ever that might be...LOL Happy day...ROBBIN ![]()

| Super Moderator | A beautiful thread. If I tried to list individually, it's probably going to circle around the world All I am going to say is: I am thankful for this life I have and all it brings me, all it is for me.

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | I'm thankful for so many things, my family and friends, for the support and friendship I have found here on this web site. I'm thankful that the move I thought would be the end of my world at the beginning of this year from Kentucky to Kansas has turned out to be a blessing. I got a wonderful job and most recently a wonderful pay raise, I was able to get my surgery done much quicker and I'm so much closer to my family! |

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | This is a great reminder as the hustle and bustle of the holidays approaches as to why we exhaust ourselves. I'm thankful for... my friends and family that have supported me from day one for a God that does more than guide us through life, but rather teaches us about life and all it has to offer and giving us the choice to take those offerings with an open heart for the love of my life, my pug Symber, who has shown me that just when you think you are saving someone else, it could be saving yourself as well all of my pugs for their unconditional love a great place to work that not only pays me well enough to live off of, but enough to enjoy a good life my parents for allowing me the freedom to be an individual, but being close enough that if I should fall and need help back up, that they are there for me my hubby for trying to understand our future, even though he was so comfortable with our past

Height: | I am thankful for the support of great friends and family to help offset the pain in life. I am thankful for a free nation where we enjoy things that many others don't have the oportunity to. I am grateful for this surgery and the chance to actually LIVE my life. I am grateful for many great sugar free products out on the market to help me get through it. I am grateful for the knowledge whenever I or my husband is in need, there will be many praying for us to get us through whatever obstacles lie ahead. I am grateful that my husband won't have to be on the front lines even if he does have to go for six months. I am grateful that we have been able to put up with each other and reach a great level of communication since surgery to improve our relationship and deepen it. I am grateful to live in an area so rich with culture and historical background, not to mention great shopping. I am grateful for the ability to find great deals in clothes so far to help feel better about my changing body. Um, and here here to the increase and improvements in sex!!!!!! Hehehehehe.... Happy Thanksgiving everyone. Janae |

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Janae...I just posted on another thread about your last "thanks" today....and now I'm reading your's!!! It's sooo true!!! I totally agree!! Here's what I wrote: "my hubby and I are having a fun time...it's like he's sleeping with another woman...when we first married...ya know "hanky panky" takes a while to get used to each other...it's more than the passion. (we waited for [hanky panky until] our wedding night) Anyway...now we've been married for 7yrs... and I weigh less (not much less - but still less)...and 'Hanky Panky' is a NEW ADVENTURE!!! WhooooHooooo..... "

Weight Loss Method Controlled Eating & Exercise | See I am so glad you brought that up.....I have often wondered how my hubby will see things after the weight is gone. I have wondered if "hanky panky" would be completely different. I know it was so different when we first married (of course that was 10 years ago too) but, I have just wondered about that. I guess that is definately something to be thankful for!!!!!
